It's too simple to need a diagram. Remove the gas
tank, seat, battery, battery box, tool box and
side covers. Then unscrew the top of the carb.
Don't strip it out! It's pretty tight working space.
Now remove everything and you'll see two small bolts
holding a small metal plate. Unscrew them paying
attention two the way it goes on so you can put
it back the same way. Now after carefully taking
out the needle you'll see a white spacer. Remove
this and keep it somewhere. Put everything back
together the way you took it apart. Presto.
The secret to mechanics is paying attention
to the way you remove things so you can put it
back together the same way! You'll need to adjust
the low speed fuel mixture. One and a half to Two
turns out should be good if you haven't modified
anything else like jets, airbox, or pipes.
